Hamish Kennedy
Director / Mentor
Hamish founded Compac Sorting Equipment in 1984, growing it into a global leader in packaging sorting technology until its acquisition by Tomra in 2016. As a major shareholder in Sienz, Hamish brings extensive experience in technological advancements in the industry.
Sebastián Martínez Silberman
Chief Executive Officer
Sebastián began his career at Compac in New Zealand in 2002 before returning to South America in 2006 to lay the foundations for Compac Latin America and later become a shareholder in Compac. Following Compac’s acquisition by Tomra in 2017, Sebastián co-founded Sienz and has led the team ever since.

Chief Technical Officer
Nigel, one of Compac's original shareholders, led the creation of the industry-leading Spectrum vision system. His vast knowledge of fruit and vegetable defect detection and grading systems positions him as a leading authority in this field worldwide.
Manuel Gonzalez
Global General Manager
For the past two decades, Manuel has been General Manager in several agritech companies, managing teams of over 900 employees and achieving sales of up to USD 250 million. He joined Compac Latin America in 2017 and then Sienz, where he improves the performance of sales and operations teams.
